The worst hotel experience I have ever had. It feels like that you are in sleeping on a road as the hotel is right next to the highway so the windows and the furniture will vibrate every time a heavy vehicle passes. Also the dust and pollution comes inside even when the windows and doors are closed. Linen was stained and the room was in pathetic condition. The staff is uncouth and no one knows what is hospitality. Rooms were so Bad and dirty that you can't even sit on the bed. It feels like that they haven't changed the linen. There was dust and everything was in bad condition. Would not suggest you to visit this hotel ever. Prices are high even when the hotel is in bad condition.

I stayed there only for one night. Experience was okay here. Actual room condition was not good as saw during booking. Rooms were good but bathrooms were having a dirt. Staff was good. This hotel will be best for spending a day or two. Restaurant is also here and i considered my foods here.

First of all I will say manage and other staff person are very friendly. As per location it is little bit far from city centre but satisfactory cab / auto service in area. Food quality is fine. Rooms are not much spacious. TV was not working. Overall a good choice for short stay.

+Ve: The manager (cum everything) was very accommodating and doing his best to satisfy our requests. He provided a heater on our request as it was too cold during my visit. -Ve: The hotel is far away from all attractions and the airport. It was my stupidity to check into this hotel without knowing the distances from places of attraction. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant. Food has to come from far away restaurants! Breakfast (if you order while booking) is limited to bread items. When we checked into the hotel, we were the ONLY residents in the entire hotel in spite of it being a busy day for other hotels. It was eerie in the night! The hotel is next to a highway making it very noisy in the night. We really repented coming to this Haveli from a 4 start hotel. Overall it is not that bad, if place-to-sleep is the main criteria.
